Ordering
How does ordering work?
On the Name & Photo Sticker Sheet you choose a material, upload 5–7 photos and, if you like, add a name in Retro or Bubble letters. We choose five photos and set the crop, size and layout, mixing sizes from 0.75" to 2.5" on one A5 sheet. On the Custom Sticker Sheet you choose the size, photo count and crop, then upload the number of photos you chose. Add any details in Special instructions on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before we begin printing — typically within one business day of your order. Email studio.everstory@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Can I request changes after I order?
Add your details in Special instructions on the product page. If you missed something, reach out before printing starts (typically within one business day) and we will fold it in if we can. After printing, changes require a new order.
Photos
What kind of photo should I send?
The clearer, the better. Bright lighting, the subject filling the frame, minimal motion blur. We handle background removal and color correction.
What file formats do you accept?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC. Up to 100 MB per file. Higher resolution is always better.
Will my photo look exactly like the examples on your site?
Every photo is different. We do our best with the photo you upload and the details you share in Special instructions on the product page. The clearer your photo and the more specific your notes, the closer the result matches your expectation.
Can I send multiple photos?
Yes. For a Name & Photo Sticker Sheet, upload 5–7 photos; we choose the final five. For a Custom Sticker Sheet, choose a photo count within your size's limit, then upload the number you chose — up to 13 at 0.75", fewer as the size goes up.
Sizes & materials
What size should I pick?
On the Name & Photo Sticker Sheet you do not pick a size. We mix sizes from 0.75" to 2.5" on the sheet and choose which photo goes at which size.
On the Custom Sticker Sheet you choose one size. 1" / 25mm suits planners, journals, bottles and phone cases. 1.25"–1.5" for tumblers and laptops. 2" and 2.5" are statement sizes. 0.75" for planners and calendars.
What is the difference between the materials?
White matte is paper-like, best for indoor use. Translucent is semi-clear and lets the surface show through. Silver and gold have a slight metallic finish. All are laminated and waterproof — good for bottles, phone cases, and outdoor surfaces.
Are the stickers waterproof?
All four materials are laminated and waterproof. Hand wash recommended; not dishwasher-safe.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. Choose free Canada Post lettermail or paid Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Free Standard Lettermail typically arrives 4–10 business days after shipping confirmation. Expedited Parcel delivery timing is calculated for your address at checkout. Production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Why no tracking?
Free Standard Lettermail does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel at checkout. If a free lettermail order is lost, we reprint and reship at no cost.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — for nearby customers by arrangement. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Canadian addresses only. Message us for international (US, Korea, etc.) — we evaluate case by case.
Quality & returns
What if my sticker has a defect?
We reprint and reship at no cost. Email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
What if I do not like how it turned out?
After printing, we do not refund based on personal preference, but we always reprint genuine print or cut defects.
How long do the stickers last?
Indoor: 5+ years. Outdoor (UV-exposed): 2-3 years.

Can I order in Korean?

Do you make stickers other than photos?
Photo sticker sheets are our focus right now. Calligraphy, name tags, and logo stickers are on our roadmap.
